Fiscal Management Strategies for Local Government Officials (06-22-22 to 06-24-22) (Virtual)

Managing the fiscal affairs of a municipality is a daunting task regardless of whether you are new to the game or have been at it for years.

This course was developed to provide up to date information and guidance that will assist elected and appointed municipal officials; the seasoned instruction staff will review a recommended structure for municipal officials to follow as they review the fiscal cycle and responsibilities that fall within.  The knowledge gained from attending this session will assure that attendees are better equipped to manage their community’s fiscal affairs.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM each day (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Virtual via Zoom (attendees will receive their Zoom link approx. two days before the scheduled course date)
