The terms fair and affordable housing are sometimes misunderstood and their causes and solutions may be unclear.  There are a wide variety of issues and factors that impact and influence the presence, availability and accessibility of fair and affordable housing.  These can include everything from NIMBYism (Not In My Back Yard) to lot size requirements.  These seminars will focus on the land use factors which may contribute to fair and affordable housing issues.  They will help define fair and affordable housing, assist in identifying issues and provide a variety of tools that may assist both directly and indirectly in addressing these issues.
