“Mastering Discipline in Law Enforcement” is a comprehensive course designed to equip police department leaders with the necessary skills to effectively manage discipline within law enforcement agencies. Participants will explore the principles of just cause as a foundation to the disciplinary process. From the internal investigation through succeeding in arbitration, key concepts in police discipline will be presented and discussed. By the end of the program, attendees will emerge with a robust understanding of the police disciplinary process which can be used to improve police department operations at all levels.

Those who do not cancel or attend forfeit the full registration fee.
